Templates, colors and renters (oh my!)

It's really funny.... A few days ago, I decided to redo my page here with a more Christmasy feel... I just modified my colors a little and here we are... It's ok I guess, but I'm not thrilled with how it came out. But I guess I can live with it for a few weeks. So last night, my wife asks me to redo her page. I tinkered with it for a little bit and it came out beautiful... (Make sure you go tell her about how great and wonderful her husband is) So... Why is it that I'll go halfway when I'm dealing with my own site- it's ok but I'm not happy... but when it comes to hers, It always comes out just perfect? I wonder if she would notice if I swaped templates with her... ;) Anyway- Have you had the chance to check out my new renter yet? Mike over at Ramblings and Rhetoric writes kinda like i do- he writes about whatever he feels like at the time. Go take a look at what he has to say.... (click the thumbnail at the top right). Tell him guppy sent ya!

The first time I saw your new colors and I had to make sure I clicked on the right blog. The red took me off gard. :)

I love the colors and setup for both of your sites.

I also find myself going more all out for my wife than myself, in general. She doesn't have a blog, but if she did I'd do my best to help her make it as good as possible. Of course, with my limited knowledge I'm not sure it would be much help after all!

bery christmas-y, but the green is too hard for me to read, I like the colors but I'd go with a larger size font.

Didn't you know it's your dutie to make sure whatever you do for the wife is done perfectly?

Of course that's just my view as another wife. But then we wives must stick together as we're always right.

Merry Christmas.

It's important to do stuff perfectly for your wife. It's like...the law.

Her site looks great...and yours looks fine, too. I redecorated for Christmas, but somehow it came out pink. Go figure!
